You're My Angel


The Lord gave me a treasure, one day,
A treasure that can't be measured;
More valuable than gold. And little 
Did I know, my angel is the treasure.

You're my angel, sent from the Lord,
Someone to share my joy and tears.
Hand in hand, with an angel who cares;
A reward beyond measure. My angel is the treasure.

You're my angel and I will be one of yours.
With a gentle heart and kindness,
I will honor this gift from the Lord.
Your soul is full of beauty and compassion.

The Lord has given me an angel of love and hope.
My angel will always be sure to cover me in prayer
With a heart that listens to the Lord.
My angel will always be there with words of encouragement.

With the Lord as our guide, He will lead us through.
As we walk towards this promise of friendship true,
May we always have an angel with us, even as we dream.
With happiness, love, and faith, may we always be a team.
