I used to write short stories for local 
radio here in England and then started 
to write poetry in 2001. I had my first 
poems on different websites on the net and 
then in 2002 a friend created a website for 
me so that all my poems could be together.

I also sometimes write small poems for greeting 
cards. I am 72 and have many hobbies apart from 
writing. I love music, animals and taking long 
walks particularly in the mountains where I seem 
to get inspiration for some of my poetry.

I have had several poems included in anthologies 
in U.K. and most recently have a poem being used 
in the U.S in a book called Author of Heaven and 
Earth - the poem is called Words and the book is 
out in November.
