Shirley Harwood

My name is Shirley Jean Harwood. I am 
55 yrs old and have been married to my 
husband Eddie for 40 yrs this coming 
January 5th. We had 3 children. A girl 
Rajeana who gave us 4 grandchildren before 
being killed in a car accident on 
September 16, 1996. Our oldest son David has 
2 sons of his own and our youngest son Eddie 
who has 4 children of his own. I was 16 and 
Eddie was 18 when we got married.

I get my poems from sermons or reading my bible.
My first poem I received after reading in Psalms 
about David hiding in the caves. I just love to write 
poetry but I can not make it up. It is always inspired 
by the Holy Spirit. .I have written little poems about
my childhood but the best ones I think are the spiritual ones.
